LPN IV Cert

Williamson Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN IV Cert to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our Healthcare & Medical Services department.

In this role, you will provide direct, patient-centered nursing care with a special focus on safe and effective IV therapy.

Working under the direction of registered nurses and providers, you will administer medications and IV fluids, perform nursing treatments and procedures, monitor patient responses, and document all care accurately in the medical record.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to support treatment plans, educate patients and families about medications and therapies, and promote a safe and healing environment.

This position requires strong clinical skills in IV insertion and maintenance, adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols, and the ability to respond promptly to changes in patient condition.

You will assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, obtain and document vital signs and assessments, and support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
