CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Job Description
Cone Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina.
As an integral member of our anesthesia care team, you will provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia services for a diverse patient population across a variety of surgical and procedural settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory environments.
You will conduct pre‑anesthetic evaluations, develop individualized anesthesia care plans, administer all forms of anesthesia, continuously monitor patients’ physiological status, and manage post‑anesthesia recovery in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other members of the perioperative team.In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, review medical histories, medications, allergies, and diagnostic data, and clearly communicate anesthesia options and risks to patients and families.
You will select and administer appropriate anesthetic techniques and medications, manage airways, provide regional and neuraxial anesthesia when indicated, respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, and intervene to maintain hemodynamic stability and patient safety.
You will document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and timely within the electronic health record, adhere to Cone Health policies and evidence‑based practice standards, and comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.Working at Cone Health means joining a not‑for‑profit organization committed to exceptional patient care, wellness, and community health.

You are comfortable working independently within your scope of practice while also functioning as a collaborative team member.
Strong communication skills, cultural humility, and a commitment to patient‑ and family‑centered care are essential.This CRNA position is full‑time and primarily based in a field/on‑site clinical environment within Cone Health hospitals and affiliated surgical centers in the Piedmont Triad.
