Human Services Professional

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Human Services Professional to support individuals and families through direct services, advocacy, and resource coordination.

In our Community & Social Services department, you will provide strengths-based case management, conduct client intakes and assessments, develop service plans, and connect clients with behavioral health, housing, and family support resources.

Working in a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered environment, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to promote stability, empowerment, and social justice while maintaining accurate documentation and upholding ethical and cultural humility standards.
