Discharge Lounge Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking a compassionate Discharge Lounge Nurse to coordinate safe, efficient patient discharges within our Healthcare & Medical Services department.

In this on-site RN role, you’ll assess readiness for discharge, complete medication reconciliation, provide clear patient and family education, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams.

You will ensure accurate EHR documentation, uphold infection control and safety standards, and support patient flow.
