RN Critical Care Float

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Critical Care Float to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

In this role, you will provide high-acuity, evidence-based care across multiple critical care and step-down units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and unit workflows.

You will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care, manage complex drips and ventilators, respond to rapid changes in condition, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
