Manufacturing Associate- Day Shift

Associates are selected for one of these positions based on interest, skills, and previous experience. 1. Pultrusion Operators - Operators are responsible for running a production line. They ensure a continuous supply of raw materials, machine set up and operation, and troubleshooting. This position requires associates to manage and prioritize multiple tasks that ensure the continuous operation of the production line. Candidates must have a good memory and problem-solving skills. Once trained, this position provides training and mentoring to new associates. Basic math and computer skills are required. 2. Pultrusion Inspectors - This position inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs products. Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met and preparing equipment/materials for production runs. Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates. Basic math and computer skills are required. Schedule: Day: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend off The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). Pay: Earn an effective hourly wage of $22.86 - $27.18 /hr. DOE & Position. Pay for Experience if applicable! Base: $20.00 - $24.13/hr DOE & Position . Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr (FRI-SUN) Compensation: $22.86 - $27.18 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): Requirements: Outstanding attendance An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12-hour shifts Ability to successfully pass a basic math skills assessment, Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10lbs to 50lbs General experience with computers Also want to make sure you have: Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) o r a willingness & ability to learn We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin: Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
