Job Title: RN Critical Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Strong critical care experience - Ability to perform invasive intracranial pressure monitoring - Proficient in neurological assessments - Experience with hemodynamic monitoring - Familiarity with routine CT, MRI, and Angio Description: 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post-surgical patients. Caring for patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring. Conducting frequent neurological assessments. Performing hemodynamic monitoring. Involving routine CT, MRI, and Angio procedures. Patient assignments are typically 2-3:1. May require floating to other ICUs and Step-down units.
