A Level IV trauma facility is seeking an emergency medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. While in Riverton, Wyoming, immerse yourself in the regions outdoor adventures like fishing and hiking in the nearby Wind River Mountains. Its a perfect base for exploring the rugged beauty of central Wyoming! The patient load is 1.2 patients per hour. Shifts are in 12-hour increments (8AM8PM and 8PM-8AM). The volume is 12,000 annual visits. Single MD coverage per shift. Qualifications include BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine. The facility has 8 ED beds. A minimum of 10 shifts per month is needed. The EMR system used is Medhost EDIS.
