LPN Homecare

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Pay Range: $30 - 35/hr We are currently seeking a nurse to work with a 20 year old female for day shifts, all 7 days are available at this time. Patient is bed-bound, receives medications, and gtube feeds. Family is flexible on schedule times, looking for a start time of 8 or 9am. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
