Help union members Virtual Via Zoom in Indiana sign up for and manage their Globe Life benefits.

Explain benefit options clearly and answer member questions.

Process new enrollments, changes, and cancellations accurately.

Keep member records and benefits information up to date.

Work with union representatives to confirm eligibility and resolve issues.

Make sure all work follows Globe Life’s policies and state regulations.

Assist during open enrollment periods and provide information about benefits to members.

Handle all personal and benefits information confidentially Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Able to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience with insurance, HR, or union benefits is a plus
