We are seeking a Board-Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established anesthesia team in Nacogdoches, Texas, serving a 161-bed community hospital. Position Highlights: 1099 compensation structure with average annual earnings of $372,000 9 weeks off, including post-primary call days off Call schedule: 1:5 weekdays and 1:6 weekends, taken from home Diverse case mix: General surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred—willing to train the right candidate Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided Team Structure: 6 CRNAs covering OR and OB call , 4 CRNAs on-site daily , 1 anesthesiologist who covers their own cases, primarily OB.
