Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job ID: 70883409 Position : Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Shift : 8-Hour Days (Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch; flexible) Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours/week Contract Length : 13 weeks Start Date : Flexible New Grads : Accepted License Wait : Will wait for NE license Facility & Client Info : Locations : Arapahoe, NE and Cambridge, NE (14 miles apart) Client : inReach Health – providing innovative rural healthcare across surgery, rehab, med devices, and mobile ophthalmic services Setting : 40% Outpatient 40% Inpatient 20% Skilled Nursing/Home Health Population : Mixed – Pediatric and Adult patients Focus : Helping patients regain independence and quality of life Role & Expectations : Provide occupational therapy to a diverse caseload Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for patients recovering from illness, injury, or disability Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Work independently and across multiple care settings Required Certifications & Licensure : BLS – Must be issued by the American Heart Association Nebraska OT License (or compact) – Will wait for active NE license New grads accepted Compliance & Health Requirements : Drug Screen : 10-panel within 60 days of start (annually required) Physical : Completed within the last year (annually required) Immunizations : MMR – 2 doses or positive IGG titer Varicella – 2 doses, positive IGG titer, or provider verification Hepatitis B – Vaccination, positive titer, or declination Influenza – Required if working 10/1–3/31 (decline form with masking OK) Tdap – Within the past 10 years COVID-19 – Proof of full vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption Training & Background Requirements : Joint Commission Training (Core I–III) – HIPAA module required, passing score ≥80%, renewed annually TVHS Confidentiality & Access Agreement TVHS Data Sheet E-Verify Competency Exam – Must be relevant to OT/COTA role, passing score ≥80%, annually Nebraska DHHS Abuse & Neglect Registry – Verified within 30 days of start OIG & SAM Checks – Completed within 30 days of start, renewed annually Background Check : Must include: National Criminal FACIS Level III National Sex Offender All counties lived/worked in past 7 years SSN Address Trace TB Screening : Two TB skin tests (1 within past year, 1 within 30 days of start) OR TB QuantiFERON within past year OR Chest X-ray if previously positive (must be About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
