Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Transplant Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/04/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Transplant opportunity at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital (OHSU) in Portland, OR. Position Highlights: ✅ Unit: Liver Transplant Program ✅ Setting: Outpatient/Ambulatory ✅ Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00–16:30) ✅ Contract Length: 13 weeks ✅ Charting: EPIC (experience required) ✅ Certifications: BLS required; transplant certifications (CCTC/CCTN) preferred Requirements: Active OR RN license Minimum 3 years of acute care experience, plus ambulatory clinic experience EPIC proficiency (recent experience preferred) Strong critical thinking and patient education skills Transplant nursing experience highly desirable Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the transplant team Provide pre- and post-transplant education and support Manage patient calls, Epic InBasket, medication refills, and lab results Coordinate evaluations, testing, and regulatory requirements Triage patient issues and develop individualized care plans 09 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
