Head Of Contractor Services

The Head of Contractor Services will be creating and managing a comprehensive facilities contractor and vendor program, as well as sourcing and evaluating vendors and subcontractors to support ProTech’s service offerings nationwide. This is a new position for the company, which will involve working directly with the leadership team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in building strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced facility management environment. Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers across multiple facility service categories. Negotiate contracts, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and terms to meet company goals. Evaluate vendor performance regularly, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance, and KPIs. Identify and onboard new vendors to support business expansion or improve service coverage. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and account management teams to align vendor capabilities with client needs. Maintain up-to-date vendor records, certificates of insurance, and compliance documentation. Implement and improve vendor management systems and processes. Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Track market trends and recommend new sourcing opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or subcontractor oversight, preferably in facility services or building maintenance. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with vendor compliance requirements and risk management best practices. Proficient in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously across different regions.
