In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers: · $20,000 Sign on Bonus with two year commitment · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus flexible-spending and health- savings accounts · Competitive paid time off and extended illness bank package for full-time employees · Income-protection programs, such as life, accident, critical-injury insurance, short- and long-term disability, and identity theft coverage · Tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching · Employee assistance program including mental, physical, and financial wellness · Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary 3 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm 81 bed campus All patients 18 years of age and older 24 hour security on campus Self scheduling Intake will be 2 shift intake/1 shift floor Essential Functions · Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. · Documents patient care given. · Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. · Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. · Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. · Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. · Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Qualifications: Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license Bachelor's degree preferred Additional requirements include: · Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. · ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. · One year of experience preferred · ASLS certification preferred EEOC Statement "Frye Regional Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
