Opportunity Details Medicus has partnered with a hospital less than 40 minutes from Chicago, Illinois, with an opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage. Opportunity Highlights: Schedule: 16-hour night shifts or 24-hour weekend shifts Level II nursery Annual Deliveries: 3,000 Skills Required: Newborn airway management (including intubation), central line placement (umbilical and PCVC), and newborn chest tube placement Must be comfortable working independently Support Staff: Neonatologist on call Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During your time off, attend an outdoor concert or movie night in a riverside park, hike along a scenic forest preserve trail system, and kayak on a calm river bend.
