We’re seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to a variety of exciting sales campaigns for well-known commercial brands. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products and services, and upsell to existing clients all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid, on-the-job training. While previous call center experience is not required, a background in sales, customer service, tech support, or administrative support is a plus. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
