Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Unit Info: 36 beds Patient ratio 1:6 Float required to units of equal or lesser acuity ears of experience REQ: 2 Years minimum First-timers accepted: N, previous travel required Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Certs REQ: BLS | Preferred: NIH 5 North consists of 36 private rooms and serves a patient population with ages that range from the young adult through the geriatric patient. Priority admission is given to patients requiring a medical level of cardiac care and recovering from a cardiac intervention. These interventions include, but are not limited to, cardiac surgery, coronary artery stent placement, and pacemaker implant. 5 North also admits hemodynamically stable non-procedural cardiac patients.
