TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Dayton, Ohio, 45409! Pay Information $2,831 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years in step down or progressive care unit experience required. Cardiac experience is required, specifically with CABG and valve replacement patients. License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS ACLS IV start NIH stroke scale Cardiac drip titration Must-Have: Must have experience with CABG patients. Must have EPIC experience. Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. Targeted patient ratios are 1:4-6. Description: This position requires experience with cardiac patients, including those pre and post-operatively for open-heart procedures. The assignment includes managing patients with conditions such as pneumothorax, hemothorax, and other advanced cardiac issues. Travelers will float as needed to ensure proper staffing and will be assigned to appropriate units based on patient needs. Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday. Floating is required to support various nursing care teams. Nurses must be fitted for N95 masks prior to working in specific units. RTO requests must be included with the initial submittal as no additional requests will be considered after the offer. No more than 14 days of RTO are allowed. References will not be required for this position.
