Travel Nurse RN

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Colon & Rectal Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN License required Certifications: Epic experience required Must-Have: - 1 year of experience required at a 600 bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score - 2 years of experience with no testing required - Competency test required within 48 hours of submission Description: Post-surgical setting caring for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery. You will work closely with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care needs. Care for post-operative patients with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines. No block schedule or 48-hour requests. Local candidates from ineligible counties will not be accepted. Candidates must provide an up-to-date email for competency test submission. Effective communication skills are essential for this role. The position may require floating to other units. Ensure adherence to dress code regarding scrubs.
