Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel GHR Healthcare is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to assist a premier Hospital System in Wayne, NJ. This is a full-time contract with the option to extend. Pay $71-$73/hour! Schedule: 5x8 Hour, ideally 3-11 but some gap coverage may be 5p-1am 13-week contract with option to extend Responsibilities: · Performs and assists with MRI examinations and procedures under the direction of a Radiologist to produce exams which are used in medical diagnosis to locate injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions, or lesions within the body. · Follows established policies, procedures, exam protocols and regulations to promote patient safety and ensure a safe working environment in both modalities. · Works in conjunction with the Sedation and Anesthesia departments to facilitate and ensure timely placement of add-on/start/urgent examinations. · Assures customer satisfaction (interdepartmental, community and patient/family) with services. · Evaluates MRI images for technical quality. · Maintains and monitors MRI zoning to ensure safety for staff and patients.
