Family Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Springs, Texas

A facility is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Springs, Texas. Candidates must be board certified. The practice focuses on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, including minor injuries, routine check-ups, immunizations, chronic illness management, well-women exams, EKGs, and referrals to specialists. Chronic medication management is not offered, and the practice is highly focused on MIPS performance and quality measures. The patient population is age 12 and up. The start date is August 1. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No patients are scheduled during lunch to allow providers time for charting.
