This is a 60-bed acute-care, full-service facility. The facility is fully accredited. It is also certified as an accredited Chest Pain Center. The Emergency Department operates 24 hours. The unit has a total of 21 beds. Patient ratio is 4:1. Common equipment includes EHR systems. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the unit. The patient population includes all age groups. A self-starter who seeks ways to assist and is a good communicator is ideal. Preferred skills include splinting, EKG interpretation, and IV starts. The dress code allows for any color scrubs. There is no unacceptable attire specified. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work weekends. Floating or covering 1:1 as a sitter may be required.
