Why You’ll Love This Opportunity: Full-Time, Hospital-Employed Role with guaranteed salary and immediate bonus potential Strategic Location between two major hospitals with Level III NICUs and MFM support ️ Balanced schedule: 3–3.5 clinic days 1 OR day per week Shared Call Rotation: 1:4–1:5, with 1:3 midwife support Robotic Surgery Encouraged – state-of-the-art tech and support for procedural growth Optional teaching opportunity with OBGYN residents (not required) What You’ll Do: Deliver comprehensive obstetric care Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries Work closely with a collaborative and supportive provider team Participate in call rotation while living within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals Perks & Compensation: $285,000 Base Salary with immediate productivity bonus potential Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment, or a 50/50 split of both Relocation assistance available $5,000 CME allowance 5 CME days 27 PTO days annually (with rollover) Full benefits starting Day 1 PSLF eligibility (501c3 organization) Ideal Candidate: BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology Ohio license OR Willing to Obtain Clean malpractice - Required Live & Work in Columbus, OH – One of the Nation’s Best Cities to Raise a Family!
