Medasource is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Indianapolis, Indiana.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Radiology TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalDuration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 10 hours, days, eveningsEmployment Type: TravelOperates imaging equipment such as x-ray, fluoro, portable x-ray, and fluoroscopy equipment used in surgery. Prepares patients by explaining exam and positioning them correctly. Collaborates with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure accurate imaging. Follows radiation safety protocols. Documents detailed patient history. Stays current with continuing education. Monitors patients during exam for safety. Documents necessary information in EMR.
