We operate with a daily Float Charge RN and 1-2 PCA's per shift. We also have a Discharge Nurse Monday-Thursday for the entire hospital (day shift only). From your first day to your next career milestone-your experience matters. Qualifications: Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within30 days of hire. ACLS - Required within 6 months of hire. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
