Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care. Provides patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to condition. Accurately documents nursing observations, assessments, medications, treatments, and other care given. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Associates Degree in Nursing, Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Preferred License: Current RN to practice in the state of (KY) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire; Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
