Description: Registered Nurse (RN)– Med/Surg Job Type : Full-Time Days Commitment Bonus (2-Year) : $15 ,000 for Day Shift , $20,000 for Night Shift Shift Differentials: â¯â¯Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour ⯠Department/Unit Summary Join our team in a 39-bed Medical Surgical unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). With a 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
