Responsibilities: MV Transportation is seeking a Data Manager to ensure that all personnel who are required to input data, forms, and/or reports into the automated, web-enabled MIS system be able to do so with the highest level of accuracy and proficiency. Other responsibilities include: Submit all employee benefit applications and ensure the appropriate deductions take place. Ensure accuracy of preliminary and financial statements, prepare journal entries. Prepare projections as required by local, regional and corporate management for forecasting purposes. Prepare and submit payroll. Data entry into client systems Review daily Road Supervisor / Dispatch Logs and Daily Missed Trip Reports. Oversee Data Clerk’s daily duties. Qualifications: Talent Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have experience preparing NTD data reports. Some accounting experience preferred. Two (2) years payroll processing preferred. Proficient with Microsoft office including word processing and spreadsheets.
