Case Manager Social Work

Responsibilities: HireNRHS Advocacy and Education. Weekly Team Staffing Meeting. Clinical Care Management/Coordination/Transition Management. Resource/Financial Management. Psychosocial Management. Utilization Management. Quality/Performance & Outcomes Management. Qualifications: Education Requires a MSW or Bachelor’s degree (BSW) in Social Work; with 2 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the MSW. Either degree must be from a university accredited by Council of Social Work Education. Experience Prefer 1 year of experience if MSW or 2 years of experience required if BSW. Medical Social Work experience preferred. Licensure/Certification Licensure by Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment Compensation $23.79-$38.86/hr depending on previous work experience.
