Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/30/2025 Duration: 22 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Title : RN - CVOR ​ Location : Clinton Township, MI Shift : 5 x 8hrs Varied shift 2-8's and 2-12's will vary weekly. Must be willing to pick up 7-12 days per month of call. Must be able to do early starts if in the first heart case of the day at 0550 Duration : 13 weeks (Possibility of extension) Duties : Job Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 2 Years of experience required BLS Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Shift may be 2-8's and 2-12's will vary weekly. Must be willing to pick up 7-12 days per month of call.
