As a Commercial Banker on the Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit (HHN) Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, focusing on Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit sectors.

Team Context

The HHN team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. You will be the primary contact for client acquisition and relationship management with innovative companies, working independently and collaboratively to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with non-profit clients with annual revenues of $50 million or more.
• Promote a culture of innovation and customer-centric service as Relationship Manager for HHN clients and prospects.
• Develop new and deepen existing relationships by focusing on solutions like credit, treasury, and liquidity, collaborating across business segments.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation.
• Represent JPMorgan Chase by leveraging full resources, including Corporate Responsibility, ESG, and DEI initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members to support long-term business growth and talent development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lending or credit support, focusing on business relationships.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Understanding of the local market.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal partners.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Business development and sales management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
