Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Work in a 12-bed Emergency Department with patient ratios of 4:1 • Day shift staffing includes 5-7 RNs and 1 ER Tech (11a-11p), with unit secretary (9a-5p M-F) • Night shift staffing includes 5-6 RNs and 1 ER Tech (11a-11p), with unit secretary (5p-1a M-F) • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, TNCC • Strong neuro and cardiac experience preferred • Must thrive in high energy, fast-paced environment • Perform typical emergency procedures including STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI • Dress code: Royal blue scrubs preferred but not required, no competitor emblems allowed • EMR system utilized for documentation • Department recognized for 12-minute door to needle TPA times and fastest bed assignment to patient in bed time in Gulf Coast Division Facility: This medical center operates a highly efficient Emergency Department that has achieved recognition for exceptional performance metrics in critical care situations.
