A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work in a 30-bed ICU unit on the 3rd floor • Patient ratios vary from 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 based on acuity and patient needs • Must have ICU experience with ventilator and cardiovascular drips - candidates without these skills will not be considered • Neuro experience preferred and candidates with this background will be considered first • Required certifications: ACLS and BLS • Must wear royal blue scrubs as part of dress code • Work with equipment including CRRT, IABP, and Impella (not mandatory for contracts) • Use Meditech EMR system • Typical procedures include thoracentesis, arterial line and central line placement • May float to IMU (Intermediate Medical Unit) • Schedule includes 4 weekend shifts per schedule period • No on-call responsibilities • Day and night shifts available with 2 charge nurses and 15 nurses depending on acuity and 1:1 needs Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive 30-bed intensive care unit located on the 3rd floor, providing critical care services with advanced equipment and technology.
