Description: Join a high-performing OB/GYN hospitalist team in the Pacific Northwest. Provide 24-hour inpatient OB/GYN care in advanced, high-volume facilities with a focus on collaborative care, clinical excellence, and teaching opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN inpatient care, including labor and delivery, obstetric triage, and surgical assists Manage obstetric emergencies and perform GYN procedures Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Emergency Departments Participate in teaching residents and fellows Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care ⏰ Working Hours: 6–8 shifts per month 24-hour shifts (includes weekends/holidays as needed) Skills: Emergency obstetric and surgical care Labor and delivery management GYN procedures (e.g., diagnostic laparoscopy) Strong collaboration and communication skills Teaching and mentoring residents
