A Mayo Clinic Care Network member , seeks a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team serving Northwest & Central Ohio. This role offers flexible scheduling, diverse cases, and opportunities to teach, with strong specialty support in a modern facility. Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services in a care team model alongside 7 physicians & 18 CRNAs Flexible hours: full-time or part-time Perform a variety of cases: ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology, low-risk obstetrics, healthy pediatric cases Participate in call rotation (equitable schedule) Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center Weekly onsite CME and access to Mayo Clinic grand rounds Teach medical students and advanced practice trainees (optional)
