Description: We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon in Saginaw, MI to join its high-performing team. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to practice advanced neurosurgery at one of Michigan’s largest and most comprehensive hospitals. Job Responsibilities: Perform full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists and radiologists Interpret advanced diagnostic imaging Participate in medical education and mentoring Participate in on-call rotation for Level II Trauma Center Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and patient care initiatives ⏰ Working Hours: Full-time with varied shifts Likely includes weekend and on-call responsibilities typical for trauma center neurosurgery Skills: Expert in neurosurgical procedures (cranial & spinal) Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities Collaborative team player in multidisciplinary care Skilled in interpreting MRI, CT, and angiographic imaging Excellent communication, compassion, and professionalism
