Physician (MD/DO) - Neonatal in Las Vegas, NV

Description: Join a leading children’s hospital in Las Vegas, NV, offering care in the state’s largest, most comprehensive 72-bed Level III NICU. The position is ideal for Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologists committed to high-quality, team-based neonatal care, including advanced therapies such as ECMO, iNO, and total body cooling. Academic teaching opportunities and a collaborative environment are available. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU Participate in 12-hour in-house shifts (approx. 15 per month) Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, hospitalists, and subspecialists Engage in active neonatal transport and resuscitation teams Follow clinical guidelines for continuity of care Participate in resident teaching and academic activities (optional) ⏰ Working Hours: 12-hour in-house shifts Approximately 15 shifts per month (full-time status) Weekend and on-call coverage required Skills: Advanced neonatal clinical skills including ECMO and ventilatory support Strong teamwork and communication abilities Ability to manage high-acuity neonates including ELBW infants Familiarity with neonatal transport and resuscitation Commitment to clinical guidelines and family-centered care
