Specialty: Nocturnist (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine) Description: We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Nocturnist physician to join hospital medicine team in Pueblo, Colorado. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts in a supportive, innovative healthcare environment. Job Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care during night shifts Work 144 twelve-hour shifts annually (6-on, 9-off schedule) Support advanced practice providers (APPs) Participate in a closed ICU model (staffed by Pulmonary/Critical Care) Collaborate with a large, physician-led healthcare team Use EPIC EMR system-wide for patient documentation Optional extra shifts available ⏰ Working Hours: 12-hour night shifts 144 shifts per year (6 days on, 9 days off rotation) Additional shifts available Skills: Inpatient clinical care Excellent communication and collaboration Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred) Strong clinical judgment and patient-first mindset
