Physician (MD/DO) - Surgery - Vascular - $500,000 to $600,000 per year in Ohio

We are seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to lead and grow a high-quality, community-focused vascular program in Northwest Ohio. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape a program, manage complex vascular cases, and work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Job Responsibilities Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program Provide advanced vascular surgical care including: Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease Carotid artery disease Hemodialysis access Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage Perform open and endovascular procedures Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, interventional radiology, and surgical specialties Participate in program development and expansion (additional vascular surgeon and APP by 2027; hybrid OR construction planned) Educate and train medical students, residents, fellows, nursing staff, and allied health professionals Receive a clinical faculty appointment with The Ohio State University (Assistant/Associate Professor; 100% clinical)
