About the Role Join a nationally recognized children’s hospital with Nevada’s only congenital heart surgical program . This is a rare opportunity to provide care in a state-of-the-art 14-bed Cardiac ICU , managing over 400 cardiac surgical cases annually in collaboration with a world-class, multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialized critical care to pediatric cardiac patients in the CICU Collaborate with ECMO and congenital heart catheterization programs Participate in academic teaching with UNLV School of Medicine residents Support care in a dedicated 24-bed tertiary PICU & 30-bed pediatric ER Lead patient care across a rotating schedule, including weekends/on-call
