Description: Join a leading neonatology practice providing specialized neonatal care at two hospitals with state-of-the-art NICUs in Las Vegas. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, high-quality care for newborns and improve patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care in Level III NICUs Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists for complex cases Participate in teaching and continuous quality improvement initiatives Work varied 12-hour in-house shifts, approx. 15 per month, including weekends and on-call schedules ⏰ Working Hours: 12-hour in-house shifts, approx. 15 per month (including nights, weekends, and on-call) Skills: Expertise in neonatal intensive care Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
