Physician (MD/DO) - Obstetrics and Gynecology in Bellefontaine, OH

Description: A well-established healthcare organization in Bellefontaine, Ohio is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative and mission-driven medical team. This permanent position offers a flexible 4-day work week, shared call, and a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care Perform surgical procedures including cesarean sections and gynecologic surgeries Attend deliveries (approx. 360/year; 1 per day average) Work 4 clinical days/week 1 administrative day (remote optional) Shared 1:4 weekday/weekend call schedule (must be within 30 mins of hospital) Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and ancillary teams Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR system ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Friday; 4 clinical days 1 admin day 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1:4 weekend and weekday call rotation Skills: Proficient in full-scope OB/GYN care and procedures Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Comfortable with EMR systems Commitment to patient safety and quality care
