Description: We are seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-demand, multi-specialty clinic located in Sullivan, MO. This is a permanent, non-locum opportunity with excellent compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling in a modern facility. Job Responsibilities: Provide general orthopedic surgery care, including clinic consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups Collaborate with 2 orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary care team Participate in rotating weekend and flexible on-call schedule Use Epic EMR for documentation Provide inpatient care directly or with hospitalist team Engage in teaching and mentorship with APPs and clinical staff Maintain compliance with hospital bylaws, safety standards, and professional guidelines ⏰ Working Hours: Shift Type: Days (exact hours TBD) Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating weekend call On-Call: Flexible rotation Skills: Clinical expertise in orthopedic surgery Collaborative team player with excellent communication EMR proficiency (Epic preferred) Strong judgment and decision-making Ability to lead and educate APPs and support staff Professionalism and focus on patient-centered care
