Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/18/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours Employment Type: Travel Position: RN – OR (CNOR required) Unit Size: 8 beds Location Rule: Traveler must live 50 miles from facility Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40/week Start Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025 Shift Details: 4x10s, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM On-call by rotation (weekend/holiday details TBD) Holiday Coverage Requirement: Traveler must agree to work two of the following: Thanksgiving Friday/weekend after Christmas Eve/Day Friday/weekend after New Year’s Eve/Day Friday/weekend after Requirements: BSN required CNOR required 2 years current OR RN experience Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred BLS (AHA) Must provide permanent address at submission Must have own vehicle for assignment Submission Requirements: License/certs must be active at submission (facility will not pend) Permanent address must be on file (locals within 50 miles not accepted) COVID-19 vaccine required (dose date on or after 10/3/23) OR exemption form signed by provider/religious leader; approved exemptions must wear mask at all times Dress Code: Scrubs provided by facility RTO Policy: RTO must be submitted up front (max 5 days; fewer is better) Job ID . .
