Project Manager — Industrial Water Infrastructure

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong estimating experience to manage industrial water infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a proven ability to develop and manage project budgets and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and Preconstruction:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, conceptual budgets, and bid proposals. Analyze plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate pricing and value engineering options.

• Project Management:

Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

• Scheduling and Cost Control:

Develop and maintain project schedules and cost tracking systems. Forecast project needs and adjust resources to maintain project goals.

• Team Leadership and Coordination:

Direct field staff, coordinate with Superintendents, and manage relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Quality Assurance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations throughout project delivery.

• Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction management experience with a focus on industrial water infrastructure.
• 3+ years of hands-on estimating and preconstruction experience.
• In-depth knowledge of water treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Proficient in construction management and estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, HeavyBid).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Bonus: Position is eligible for a generous bonus structure based on personal and company performance
