- Assist clients through inbound phone calls regarding credit cards, banking services, and short-term lending needs
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries while ensuring a positive client experience
- Sell and fulfill banking products such as credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending products
- Ask probing questions to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions
- Refer clients to additional banking partners when specialized services are needed
- Manage risk in all transactions while following company policies and procedures
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and active listening Call Center Banking Specialist Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
- Flexibility to work various schedules including weekends and holidays

- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience in a call center or contact center environment
- Experience with sales, cross-selling, or upselling products
