1) Tues-Sat 7am-3:30pm. 2) Sun-Thurs 3pm-11:30pm. 3) Tues-Sat 11pm-7:30am. 4)1am – 930am.

$35 – $40/hr. on W2. (OT after 40 hrs.) Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join a dynamic clinical laboratory team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, analyzing specimens, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results in a high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on patient specimens Handle specimen processing, analysis, and result reporting Review and validate test results for accuracy and completeness Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards Follow all laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements (CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate when needed Document all testing activities, maintenance, and corrective actions Communicate critical or abnormal results to appropriate personnel Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Experience Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred Experience in high-complexity testing environments is a plus Familiarity with laboratory systems and multiple testing platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field OR Associate degree in Laboratory Science with relevant experience Certification (or eligibility) from recognized organizations such as ASCP or AMT preferred EEO
