· Lead design workshops with Workforce Development, HR, clinical education, and regulatory compliance teams to define Oracle Learning program structures, enrollment strategies, and compliance tracking requirements. · Minimum 2 years implementing Oracle Learning Cloud in healthcare or highly regulated environments, with demonstrated experience in large public sector or multi-facility health systems. · Oversee migration of legacy Leaning Management System training records from PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management, ensuring historical learning data continuity and auditability.

Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations inclusive of Oracle Learning.
