Quality Technician I

• JOB SUMMARY The Quality Technician I supports the business with quality assurance activities to prevent the production and shipment of nonconforming products. This role provides essential inspection support and contributes to process improvements to maintain and enhance product quality. The technician will work within a team to ensure adherence to quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct audits and inspections on product quality according to client's quality-assurance processes.
• Assist with investigations of nonconforming materials and report to authorized vendors as appropriate.
• Engage management and team members for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
• Support the implementation of new product quality plans.
• Understand technical requirements and deliver output following learned technical frameworks. Required Qualifications
• Ability to learn technical information.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management). Preferred Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent.
